Datacenter Engineering / H2S Treatment & NGL Stripping
Sour gas H2S scavenging and JT/MRU liquids knock-out engineering.
Many of the highest-volume stranded gas pads in the Permian, Bakken, and Eagle Ford carry either elevated hydrogen sulfide (H2S) in the hundreds or thousands of parts per million or heavy C3+ natural gas liquids that push the Lower Heating Value past reciprocating engine knock limits. Turning that gas into clean engine fuel requires engineering the right combination of liquid or solid-bed H2S scavengers, amine sweetening, Joule-Thomson (JT) self-refrigeration, or mechanical refrigeration units (MRUs) with NGL bullet storage.
If your process engineering group models sour and rich field gas streams, sizes media vessels, calculates chemical consumption rates, and writes operating procedures for unattended wellpad fuel skids, share your discipline with Methane.Exchange.

Describe the gas conditioning systems, process simulations, and P&ID deliverables your firm handles. We read it and reply by email or phone with one or two questions. Nothing goes to anyone else without your permission.
Deliverables project parties frequently ask for:
- H2S mass-balance calculations, triazine/solid-bed media sizing, or small-scale amine unit process design.
- Joule-Thomson (JT) valve pressure-drop modeling vs. mechanical refrigeration (MRU) selection for low-pressure gas.
- Condensate stabilization, Reid Vapor Pressure (RVP) control, and NGL storage and loadout P&IDs.
- H2S dispersion modeling, fixed gas-detection layout, and sour-service metallurgy (NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156) specifications.
